2006 Westbury Restoration Project

Another restoration.

Taking a beat up and rusty Westbury drumkit and bringing it back to life.
This project focused on cleaning and polishing and fixing some cymbal stands. The drums themselves were in good shape, apart from some missing nuts and bolts.

This is just an archive, so I’m not writing much about it. But the moral of this episode is: Cheap drumsets are sometimes not worth fixing up.

The set also came with a double pedal, I sold it to a visiting brother from Bristol, England. Hope you’re still using the pedals Sam!
